Role & responsibilities

  • Call Centre Executive/Tele-sales Executives will be responsible for achieving the targets of lead qualification, site visits, virtual site visits and bookings.
  • Good English communication skills required. Should be able to speak in regional languages(English Kannada, Telugu, Tamil,).
  • Enriching the customer for getting the right property. Screening & segmentation of prospects as per pre-defined process. Adhering to process compliance & quality parameters.
  • Should be able to convince the customers by taking them for a virtual site visit of the property.
  • Advise buyers on price and discuss offers with them, acting as mediators between Customer and Sales Agent. Utilize effective sales techniques to secure agreements for site visits.
  • They need to follow-up and contact prospective buyers directly if a property for sale closely matches to their requirements
  • Familiarize yourself with our products to effectively communicate their benefits.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals, continuously improving sales skills through training.
  • Ensure sales targets are met consistently.
