Job Description

We are looking for Lead Quality Assurance. This position will be full-time and Hybrid Bengaluru.

What You'll Do

Lead the design and execution of both manual and automated test cases for

Desktop, web, and API-based applications.

Analyze requirements and identify high-impact test scenarios for automation.

Build and maintain robust automation frameworks suited for different types of

applications and platforms.

Track, report, and manage defects, collaborating with development teams for

timely resolution.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, product, and

DevOps to ensure quality across the lifecycle.

Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Provide mentoring or technical guidance to junior QA members if needed.

Clearly communicate test strategies, plans, and results to stakeholders.

What You'll Need

Required:

Proficient in Java, JavaScript, Gherkin or any other programming language.

Hands-on experience in developing automation frameworks and writing test

scripts using tools such as Test Complete, ACCELQ, Ready API, Selenium,

TestNG, Cypress, TESTRAIL, etc.

Exposure to a range of automation tools for UI, API, and performance testing.

Experience in creating customized reports and integrating them with test

management systems.

In-depth knowledge of test design techniques, QA methodologies, and SDLC

(Agile & Waterfall).

Strong skills in database technologies like SQL or PostgreSQL.

Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and hands-on contribution to automation in CI/CD pipelines.

Physical Demands

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationery most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
