Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new home loan customers through various channels.
• Counsel potential borrowers on suitable home loan products based on their needs and financial status.
• Guide customers through the entire loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and other stakeholders.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on the latest home loan products, interest rates, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home loan sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the home loan sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of home loan products and processes.
• Must possess a 2-wheeler for local commute.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
