We are looking for senior engineering leaders who have hands-on experience scaling ad exchanges and can help architect the future of Nexverse's core systems.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and scale backend systems that handle 100K+ RPS with ultra-low latency.
  • Design, implement, and optimize components for auctions, bidding, fraud detection, frequency capping, and real-time reporting.
  • Build fault-tolerant, high-availability services with strict SLAs.
  • Optimize performance for real-time bidding (RTB) protocols and high-throughput pipelines.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver features such as smart bidding, advanced filtering, and fraud-resistant exchanges.
  • Lead engineering best practices for distributed systems, observability, CI/CD, and scalable architecture.
  • Mentor other engineers and guide technical decision-making.
  • Work with cloud-native platforms (Kubernetes, GCP/AWS/Azure) and high-performance databases (ClickHouse, MySQL, Redis).

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience in Ad Exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, or RTB platforms.
  • Strong backend development expertise in Go, PHP, Java, or C++.
  • Proven success building scalable, maintainable, and resilient systems.
  • Deep understanding of OpenRTB protocols, programmatic auctions, and fraud detection systems.
  • Expertise in distributed systems, concurrency, and caching.
  • Familiarity with streaming/data pipelines (Kafka, Flink, Spark) and large-scale analytics (ClickHouse, BigQuery).
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills; ability to influence technical direction.
  • Bonus: Experience contributing to Prebid, OpenRTB standards, or open-source ad-tech projects.
