Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Head to lead our sales and retail operations for Industrial Machines, EOT Cranes, and Weighbridge Systems. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, knowledge of retail management, and the ability to handle on-field client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead retail and B2B sales operations across regions.
  • Develop sales strategies to expand customer base in industrial and retail markets.
  • Manage and guide the sales/field team to achieve targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients in machines, EOT cranes & weighbridge sector.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth execution.
  • Prepare sales reports and submit to management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Industrial/Retail sales (EOT Crane, Machines, Weighbridge or related field).
  • Strong knowledge of B2B and retail sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings (field role).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Salary:

₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable for right candidate) + Incentives
