This role will be responsible for developing comprehensive program strategies, maintaining detailed project documentation, and ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PlanningDevelop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps and strategic plansCoordinate cross-functional planning sessions with stakeholders across.Align technology initiatives with broader JLL corporate strategy and market opportunitiesFacilitate quarterly and annual planning cyclesDocumentation ManagementEstablish and maintain documentation standards and governance frameworksOversee creation of technical specifications, user guides, and process documentationEnsure compliance with JLL's documentation policies and industry standardsImplement version control and document lifecycle management processesProgram CoordinationLead planning for complex, multi-workstream technology programsCoordinate dependencies and resource allocation across multiple project teamsFacilitate stakeholder communication and status reportingDrive continuous improvement in planning and documentation processesStakeholder ManagementPartner with Product Managers, Engineering leads, and business stakeholdersPresent planning updates to executive leadershipManage expectations and communicate program status across all levelsBuild strong relationships with internal and external partnersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field5+ years of program management experience in technology environmentsStrong experience with planning tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)Proven track record in technical documentation and process improvementPMP, Agile, or similar project management certification preferredExperience in real estate technology.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesProficiency in collaboration and documentation platformsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skills Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
