We are seeking a detail -oriented and proactive Operational Support Associate with a BBA/MBA degree to join our operations team. This entry -level role is ideal for recent graduates with strong communication skills and a good command of English, eager to gain experience in operational processes. As an Operational Support Associate, you will assist in streamlining daily operations, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth workflow. Responsibilities: - • Process Coordination: Support day -to -day operational tasks by coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth processes and timely task completion. • Data Management: Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and databases with accuracy and attention to detail. • Communication: Handle internal and external communications professionally, ensuring information is conveyed clearly to all relevant stakeholders. • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain operational reports, summaries, and documentation to track performance metrics and departmental KPIs. • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues in workflow or processes and propose effective solutions or improvements. Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and other administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.Requirements Qualification & Skills: - • Education: BBA, MBA or related field. • Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong organizational and time -management skills • Detail -oriented and proactive approach • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Eager to learn and adapt to new operational tools and processes • Prior internship or project experience in operations, administration, or data management is a plus. • Familiarity with task management or ERP software is advantageous.
