Position Overview

The Chief Ground Instructor (CGI) will oversee and manage all ground training activities within AEROWIS AVIATION. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring academic quality, maintaining regulatory compliance, developing instructors, and creating a productive learning environment for cadets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all ground school instructors and academic staff.
  • Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations and organizational training standards.
  • Develop, review, and update ground school syllabi, lesson plans, and training materials.
  • Oversee scheduling and coordination of ground classes, examinations, and assessments.
  • Conduct regular training audits and ensure continuous improvement in instructional delivery.
  • Mentor instructors and provide guidance on pedagogy and aviation subject expertise.
  • Monitor student performance and implement academic improvement plans when needed.
  • Liaise with the Head of Training and administrative teams for cohesive training operations.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, discipline, and continuous learning among staff and students.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid DGCA CPL License
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation academics or ground instruction.
  • In-depth knowledge of DGCA CAR regulations and CPL ground subjects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and maintain academic discipline.
  • Proficient with digital training tools and modern learning methodologies.

  • Commitment to maintaining high academic standards and student success.
