**Job Title: Ground School Instructor**

**Responsibilities**:
**Instruction Delivery**: Deliver engaging and interactive classroom instruction to students,

covering a wide range of aviation topics.

**Student Assessment**: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and proficiency in theoretical knowledge.

**Individualized Support**: Provide one-on-one assistance and guidance to students who require additional help in understanding complex concepts.

**Resource Management**: Manage instructional materials, textbooks, and multimedia resources to support effective learning.

**Professional Development**: Stay updated on advancements in aviation technology, regulations, and instructional methodologies to continuously improve teaching methods.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessments.

**Educational Qualification**:
1. Holder of Commercial Pilot License, OR

3. Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate preferred.

**Skills**:
1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

2. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students.

4. Previous experience as a ground school instructor or aviation educator highly desirable.

**Experience**: 1 to 2 year in the Industry. Freshers also may apply.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
