Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the security operations team, including supervisors, guards, and control room staff.
- Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee incident response, investigations, and reporting for security-related events.
- Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) to ensure effective functioning.
- Prepare and present security reports, incident logs, and performance reviews.
- Manage manpower deployment, scheduling, and resource allocation across sites.
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the security team to maintain high standards of performance and discipline.
- Ensure effective client relationship management and address any escalations promptly.
