Your work profile:

As a Consultant in our Consulting team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. Youll:

  • Takes responsibility for own work or workstream meeting engagement/project objectives and Deloitte quality standards
  • Develop solution using Salesforce configure and customization features.
  • Proactively identifies workstream risks and issues; resolves them or escalates to engagement/account leadership
  • Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function
  • Builds knowledge in a sector by contributing to relevant firm initiatives and eminence, and/or by attending sector conferences
  • Applies awareness of global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations
  • Understands the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes

Eligibility criteria and requirements:

  • Prior experience in Salesforce mandatorily.
  • Should have good understanding of Salesforce features like lightening, integration etc and project implementation methodology
  • Build and customize content experiences using Salesforce CMS and Lightning Web Components.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages as needed.
  • Implement responsive and dynamic content layouts using CMS collections and channels.
  • Integrate Salesforce CMS with other Salesforce clouds (Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Configure CMS workspaces, permissions, and content types.
  • Optimize CMS performance and user experience.
  • Implement workflows, approval processes, and validation rules.
