Job Description

We are hiring a Production Supervisor for our Fabrication Department. The role involves supervising daily sheet metal fabrication activities and ensuring smooth workflow on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily sheet metal fabrication operations, including cutting, bending, laser cutting, drilling and welding.
  • Supervise and guide production staff, including both blue-collar and white-collar teams.
  • Maintain production reports, documentation and daily activity records.
  • Plan and allocate work based on production requirements and customer needs.
  • Ensure quality, safety and proper use of machines and tools in the fabrication area.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet production targets and resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor material usage and ensure efficient workflow to avoid delays.
  • Maintain discipline, safety and housekeeping on the shop floor.

Required Qualifications

  • Male candidates only.
  • Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
  • 1–4 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication is required.
  • Practical knowledge of CNC cutting, bending, laser cutting, drilling and welding processes.
  • Ability to manage production employees and maintain proper documentation.
  • Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
