Job Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system errors.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
  • Support staff in resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage and monitor network connectivity, internet security, and antivirus protection.
  • Document technical issues, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure systems comply with company IT policies and security standards.

Minimum Criteria

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Age: Below 35 years preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English.
