Computer Technician

**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance and system updates
- Set up and troubleshoot network issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, etc.)
- Assist with data backup, recovery, and security measures
- Provide technical support to customers or employees in person, via phone, or remotely
- Maintain records of repairs, upgrades, and technical support requests
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IT security protocols

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1 years of experience as a Computer Technician or similar role
- **Networking**: Basic understanding of routers, switches, and network troubleshooting
- **Customer Service**: Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift up to [X] lbs and work on-site as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with IT support in a business environment
- Familiarity with Active Directory and cloud-based systems
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
