Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling posts, creatives, captions, and blogs aligned with the brand voice.
  • Video & Reel Creation: Shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos and reels for social media platforms.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Design and implement promotional activities, contests, and paid campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Online Campaign Execution: Plan, run, and monitor digital ad campaigns to achieve targeted reach and conversion goals.
  • Video Editing: Edit marketing videos using relevant tools to ensure high-quality, engaging content.
  • Performance Tracking: Prepare and present performance reports on campaign outcomes, engagement metrics, and follower growth trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, especially on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
  • Experience with paid ads on social media platforms.
  • *Excellent communication* creativity, and time management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies.
