Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven SEO Analyst with core experience in the same field with1-10 years of experience (Executive to Head) to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of search engine algorithms, have a strategic and analytical mindset, and be experienced in using a range of SEO tools and techniques. You will be responsible for improving our website's search engine rankings through effective optimization strategies, insightful performance analysis, and continuous collaboration with internal teams.

• Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value, business-aligned keywords and phrases that resonate with our target audience.
• On-Page Optimization:

Optimize web content, meta tags, titles, headers, and internal linking structure to improve visibility and enhance user experience.

• Technical SEO:

Conduct regular technical SEO audits to detect and fix crawl errors, broken links, indexing issues, and site speed bottlenecks.

• Content Strategy:

Collaborate with the content team to create and refine SEO-friendly content strategies that boost organic traffic and increase engagement.

• Competitor Analysis:

Analyze SEO strategies of competitor websites to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for competitive advantage.

• Link Building:

Develop and execute ethical link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and search engine trust.

• Analytics & Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics—such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rates, and conversions—using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Algorithm Monitoring:

Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies to maintain compliance and performance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with web development, content, design, and social media teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-10 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving website rankings, visibility, and organic traffic.
• In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, particularly as they relate to SEO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Keeps up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Experience in implementing local SEO strategies to improve regional visibility.
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and how they impact SEO performance.
• Experience managing international SEO, including multi-language and multi-regional website optimization.
