Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Consultant located in Lucknow. The Loan Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on loan options, managing documentation, and assisting with borrowing processes. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, providing tailored loan solutions, liaising with financial institutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the loan application process.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Loans and Financial Services
  • Strong Customer Service skills and ability to provide tailored solutions
  • Proven Sales skills within a financial context
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of taxation and insurance processes related to loans is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
