Oracle Core Banking Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Flexcube techno-functional consultant to support customization and production support for core banking solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of financial management systems and configuration, with experience in multiple modules such as cash management, loans, trade finance, payments, and universal banking.
Key Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, conducting gap analysis and functional design for new business needs, delivering customizations, interfaces and reports as per business requirements.
Candidate must be able to troubleshoot APIs and extensions within Oracle Flexcube, manage operational processes, parameter setup and issue resolution in production environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and documentation skills required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Required Skills: 8+ Years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as techno-functional consultant, good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems, experience in parameterization, customization and report development.
