Years of experience:

· Oversee all accounts and administrative matters of the company.

· Prepare and handle daily accounting operations, such as invoicing, payment, payment vouchers, reconciliation of bank statements, etc.

· Review quarterly and yearly balance sheet, Profit & Loss, and cash flow reports.

· Liaise with banker, chartered accountant, tax agency, and relevant authorities.

· Liaise and deal with the company's other operational suppliers, vendors, agencies,

Ad-hoc duties as assigned as well.

· Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc

· Handling day-to-day accounting.

· Preparing invoices and following up on pending payments.

· Handling and filing GST is one of the key responsibilities that should be included in accounts.

· Preparing profit and loss statements.

· Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities.

· Handling petty cash.
