Job Title: Draftsman / CAD Draftsperson

Location: AAA House, Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi

Salary: Up to 30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Experience: Minimum 24 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with expertise in preparing precise technical drawings, layouts, and working plans for interior and architectural projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and have a strong eye for accuracy and detailing to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD.
  • Convert conceptual sketches into accurate technical drawings.
  • Create floor plans, furniture layouts, false ceiling drawings, and service drawings (plumbing, electrical, etc.).
  • Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
  • Prepare BOQs, material lists, and measurement sheets when required.
  • Conduct site visits for measurements and verification.
  • Ensure all drawings adhere to quality, accuracy, and project standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven work experience as a Draftsman in interior/architectural projects.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory, 3D preferred).
  • Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD tools is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of construction details, space planning, and material specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil/Architecture/Interior Design or related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in 3D drafting or BIM modeling.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel for project documentation.

Compensation

  • 20,000 – 25,000 per month (negotiable based on skills and experience).
