Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager with proven experience in selling Loan Against Property (LAP) or similar financial products. The role involves generating new business, acquiring and nurturing customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Generate quality leads and acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and channel partners.
- Educate prospects on product features, eligibility, and benefits to drive conversions.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects to ensure steady business growth.
- Track sales performance and report progress to management.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordination & Compliance
- Work closely with internal teams including credit, operations, and risk to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, RBI guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in selling Loan Against Property (LAP) or related financial products such as mortgage, secured loans, or retail banking.
- Strong sales and relationship management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Familiarity with loan processing systems, documentation, and compliance guidelines will be an added advantage.
