We're Seeking A Dynamic Brand Manager Who Will Lead The Brand Identity, Positioning, And Partnerships For ALAG ENTERTAINMENT, Ensuring Our Vision Resonates With Fans, Artists, And Collaborators.
Role Overview
The Brand Manager Will Be Responsible For Defining, Managing, And Growing ALAG's Brand Presence Across Digital, Physical, And Experiential Touchpoints. You Will Also Be The Primary Point Of Contact (POC) For All Brand Communications, Partnerships, And Collaborations.
Key Responsibilities :-
Develop And Execute Brand Strategy Aligned With ALAG's Long-Term Vision And Creative Ethos.Ensure Consistent Brand Identity Across All Platforms – Website, Social Media, Events, Merchandise, And Partnerships.
Collaborate With Artists, Producers, And Marketing Teams To Integrate Brand Storytelling Into Music Releases, Content, And Live Experiences.
Identify And Secure Brand Partnerships, Sponsorships, And Collaborations With Lifestyle, Fashion, Tech, Beverage, And Cultural Brands.
Lead The Branding Of Special Projects Such As ALAG Magazine, ALAG Fest, ALAG Sounds (Sample Packs, Plugins, Etc.), And ALAG Music Villa.
Act As The Direct Point Of Contact (POC) For Brands And External Stakeholders, Building Strong Relationships And Ensuring Smooth Communication.
Monitor Market Trends, Youth Culture, And Competitor Landscape To Keep ALAG Ahead Of The Curve.
Manage Press, PR Visibility, And Influencer Tie-Ups To Strengthen ALAG's Brand Authority.
Work Closely With The Design And Content Team To Create High-Impact Visuals, Campaigns, And Promotional Materials.
Track And Analyze Brand Performance Metrics And Present Actionable Insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Business, Or A Related Field.
2–5 Years Of Experience In Brand Management, Entertainment Marketing, Or Lifestyle Branding (Music/Creative Industries Preferred).
Strong Understanding Of Youth Culture, Music, And Digital Content Ecosystems.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Presentation Skills.
Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Creative Mindset With A Passion For Building Culture-Driven Brands.
