Key Responsibilities:

1.Payroll & Salary Management

  • • Process monthly payroll for employees and contractors
  • • Coordinate with HR and payroll vendors to ensure timely salary disbursements
  • • Manage statutory filings and compliance (TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.)

2. Invoicing & Receivables

  • • Generate GST-compliant client invoices
  • • Monitor accounts receivable and maintain follow-up trackers
  • • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing documentation

3. Vendor & Expense Management

  • • Manage vendor records, contracts, and payment cycles
  • • Reconcile expenses, bank transactions, and digital payment tools (e.g., RazorpayX)
  • • Prepare monthly payables summary and manage reimbursements

4. Tax & Regulatory Compliance

  • • Coordinate with CA firms for GST filings, TDS returns, ROC filings, and audit support
  • • Ensure timely compliance with Indian corporate and tax regulations
  • • Maintain proper documentation for all filings and returns

5. Financial Reporting

  • • Prepare monthly financial summaries and MIS reports for internal review
  • • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
  • • Maintain organized records for statutory and audit purposes

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of hands-on finance experience in Indian business operations
  • Proficiency with Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, and digital payment tools
  • Strong understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and Companies Act
