About the Role
We_will_care_4_U is looking for a dedicated and well-organized Office Assistant to support our daily operations. This is a full-time on-site role where you will assist with documentation, customer coordination, administrative tasks, and work related to vehicle and health insurance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and process documents related to vehicle and health insurance.
- Perform data entry, update office records, and manage documentation files.
- Communicate with customers to collect required documents, provide updates, and clarify basic queries.
- Assist the team in day-to-day administrative tasks, including follow-ups and maintaining logs.
- Help prepare simple reports and track the status of insurance-related work.
- Support the overall workflow to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Experience in vehicle or health insurance is preferred (not mandatory).
- Moderate computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, basic documentation).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work responsibly, follow instructions, and maintain accuracy.
- Freshers with good communication and eagerness to learn are welcome.
