Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Officer located in kannur.ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing financial transactions. The role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and supporting the branch's growth and profitability. The Branch Officer will also assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and handling financial transactions
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and coordinate with various departments
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in using banking software and MS Office
  • Prior experience in the banking industry is a plus
