Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead campaign strategy, oversee execution, and mentor the marketing operations team. The candidate should demonstrate strong strategic thinking, leadership ability, and hands-on expertise in managing multi-brand or client-facing marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee integrated marketing plans across multiple brands/accounts.
  • Lead and manage a small marketing operations team, ensuring quality and timelines.
  • Collaborate with U.S. stakeholders for campaign alignment, performance reviews, and weekly meetings.
  • Review and optimize marketing automation, lead funnels, and performance metrics.
  • Guide creative direction, messaging, and brand consistency across campaigns.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, digital trends, and process improvements.
  • Maintain a high standard of discipline, ownership, and accountability within the team.

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing/Communications preferred.
  • 5-12 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in an agency or multi-brand setup.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for client and leadership communication.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM, campaign analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to balance strategy with execution.
  • Smart, energetic, and self-driven professional with a collaborative approach.
