1 Job Description: Process Engineer

Company: Finsen Ritter Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India

Experience: 1–3 years

2 Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize process systems for gas plants, refineries, and EPC projects.
  • Prepare and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) using tools like EdrawMax.
  • Conduct mass and energy balance calculations to support process design and operations.
  • Assist in equipment sizing, specification, and selection.
  • Develop operating procedures, safety guidelines, and control strategies.
  • Collaborate with design, project, and commissioning teams to ensure project execution within scope and standards.
  • Support troubleshooting, process optimization, and efficiency improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry codes.

3 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in process engineering (preferably in EPC, gas plants, or chemical industry).
  • Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat & mass transfer.
  • Proficiency in P&ID software (EdrawMax or equivalent).
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
