Description
  • The role involves close collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior staff, and engaging directly with clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative outcomes. 
  • In addition, you may have opportunities to engage with UK-based clients and participate in secondments with local county councils, further strengthening your exposure to regional transport challenges and planning frameworks. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Deliver Mobility projects with a focus on Digital Services and Data Analytics. 
  • Provide technical input and oversight in Digital Solutions, Bespoke Tools, and Stakeholder Engagement. 
  • Review and ensure the quality of deliverables from junior staff. 
  • Act as a liaison between UK and GCC teams to manage workflows and expectations. 
  • Mentor junior colleagues and support their professional development. 
  • Assist in resource planning and risk management. 
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships. 
  • Contribute to business development through proposals and strategic reports. 
  • Embed sustainability principles in project delivery. 

Mandatory skills 

  • Experience in diversifying into Data Analytics solutions for other domains  
  • Excellent report writing and strong analytical skills. 
  • Experience in writing technical proposals/Methodology. 
  • Experience in supporting and mentoring staff. 
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. 
  • Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning. 
  • Proficiency in work/resource planning and allocation. 
Qualifications
  • Understanding of UK Transport Guidelines and Principles
  • Previous experience on UK projects will be highly desirable
  • Experience of GIS packages – QGIS, ArcGIS Pro ArcGIS (knowledge of Python and the use of Model Builder); 
  • Previous experience and capability in programming, AGOL, Cloud Services, VBA, and/or BAT files, FME, Power platform and Power BI
