ACT Fibernet Chennai is hiring for Experienced / Fresher Customer service voice process role with 3 language proficiency (English mandatory Kannada / Telugu / Hindi Fluency is must)

Purpose of the Role:

The objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by focusing on service skills and ensure all required operational parameters are met and adhered to. He/she is closely involved in interacting with customers on a day to day basis, clarifying and resolving customer complaints and queries, determining the cause of the problem, providing best resolution.

Role Description:

  1. To provide customer satisfaction on every call

  2. To ensure closure of the ticket within the prescribed TAT

  3. To provide speedy resolution

  4. Willingness to work in 1 rotational week off & rotational Shifts

  5. To resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint

Key Result Areas:

This role will drive high performance customer service by ensuring the desired level of productivity, call quality, SME skills, resolution providing skills are as per the organizations required norms.

Education Graduate or equivalent

Strong communication skills & Good interpersonal skills

Should know English & Tamil

Week Off : 6 days working & 1 rotational week off Rotational day shifts

Telesales

Purpose of the Role

Overall responsible for Order Fulfilment (Form Entries) & Tele-Calling of Prospects generated

Role Description

• Tele-calling of Prospects which are in NEW

• Follow-up on future prospects and fixing appointments

• Assigning of Enquiries to Right Executive on daily basis and bifurcation of Enquiries as per the Project allocated to Sales Executive

• Handling Cash & Cheque Payments and daily reconciliation of Amount received

• 100% Adherence of KYC Norms (Know Your Customer)

• Provisioning of Home Gate way for all New, Shifting and existing customers with all desired plans

• Sending the daily reports as prescribed and designed by management for smoother operations

Key Result Areas

Role is responsible for providing timely updates to the organisation on orders, payments and publishing reports required by management as an when required. Key holder of all documents pertaining to customer and providing required assistance to customer queries on timely basis.

Work Experience

1. Should have min 1-3 years' experience in customer service/tele calling

2. Should have the ability to interact with government authorities or third parties

3. Should have experience handling multiple projects at any given point of time

Please Note:-

1. You will be working out of MRC Nagar Office - Chennai

2. Your Salary will be based on your previous Salary

3. 6 days working and 1 Week Off will be provided on a weekday
