Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Physiotherapist, located in Varanasi. The Residential Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for patients. Daily tasks include conducting physical therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatments as necessary. The role also involves educating patients and their families about ongoing therapies and exercises that can be done at home.

Qualifications

• Assessment, Diagnosis, and Treatment Planning skills
• Experience in conducting Physical Therapy sessions and monitoring patient progress
• Patient and Family Education skills
• Ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy or Intern.
• Relevant certification and licensure
• Experience in a residential or clinical setting is a plus
