Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Physiotherapist located in Varanasi. The Residential Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for patients. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, documenting patient records, and modifying treatment plans as necessary. The role also involves educating patients and their families on exercises and techniques for managing conditions and improving recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Assessment and diagnostic skills in physiotherapy.
• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Proficiency in therapy techniques and patient education.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor's degree or related field certificate.
• Relevant certification and licensure for practice in India.
• Experience in residential care and rehabilitation is a plus.
