Job Summary
Responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the factory/store inventory. You will handle receiving materials, performing accurate record‑keeping, stocking, auditing, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving & Verification:
- Receive raw materials and supplies; verify quantities and inspect for quality/accuracy.
- Record receipts promptly into inventory systems
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of materials received and issued.
- Conduct regular stock level checks and cycle counts.
- Audit inventory and report discrepancies.
- Material Handling & Storage:
- Ensure proper handling, naming, labeling, and storage of items.
- Keep store area clean, organized, and accessible.
- Stock Control & Reordering:
- Monitor stock quantities and notify supervisors for reorder or replenishment.
- Assist coordination with suppliers and internal teams for timely supplies.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Follow workplace safety standards and company policies in the store.
- Store and handle materials per safety procedures.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Generate regular inventory status reports and material usage summaries.
- Report any stock discrepancies or issues to management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Industry Knowledge:
- Preferably some exposure to manufacturing or pump‑manufacturing environments; familiarity with motor, pulley, pump, or hydrocyclone materials is beneficial Simply Hired.
- Organizational Skills:
- Strong attention to detail in data entry and maintaining records.
- Effective time‑management and ability to multitask.
- General Traits:
- Methodical, reliable, and able to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
Job Details

- Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
