Store Assistant

Job Description :

As a Store Assistant at Raison Automation and Controls India Private Limited , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including material inward and outward activities, managing stock levels, and ensuring that all materials are arranged and dispatched accurately and on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and maintain a well-organized store environment.

Key Position Accountabilities

 Material Inward:

Supervising the receipt of materials, ensuring that all goods are checked for quality and quantity as per the purchase orders.

 Loading and Unloading of Materials:

· Coordinating and supervising the loading and unloading activities to ensure that materials are handled safely and efficiently.

 Materials Arrangements Against Sales Order :

· Organizing and arranging materials in the store based on sales orders to ensure quick and accurate dispatch.

 Dispatch of Materials:

· Managing the dispatch process, ensuring that materials are packed, labeled, and shipped to customers as per schedule.

 Monthly Stock Checking:

· Conducting monthly stock checks to verify inventory levels and report any discrepancies.

 Maintaining Delivery Challans (DCs):

· Keeping accurate records of Delivery Challans (DCs) whenever materials are taken from the store.

 Maintaining the Store:

· Ensuring the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized to facilitate smooth operations.

 Maintaining Minutes of Meeting (MOM):

Recording and maintaining the Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for any store-related meetings to ensure proper documentation and follow-up on action items

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.66 per month
