  • Leadership & Management:
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to mining engineers, supervisors, and operators.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the operational team.
  • Manage and develop staff, assisting with recruiting, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Safety & Environmental Compliance:
  • Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols.
  • Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to prevent accidents.
  • Implement innovative techniques to reduce the mine's environmental impact.
  • Coordinate with government and regulatory bodies to ensure statutory compliance.
  • Production & Operations Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of a mine site, from development to production.
  • Develop and implement mine plans, production schedules, and operational goals to meet targets.
  • Monitor and optimize the use of equipment, manpower, and resources for efficiency.
  • Manage the integration of different operational aspects to ensure smooth functioning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
