Role: Sales Engineer Capital Equipment
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in executing our sales strategy, engaging with existing and new customers, and delivering customized solutions tailored to their needs. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who thrive on technology-driven sales and want to grow with a dynamic, forward-thinking company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct introductory and technical sales meetings with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored machinery solutions.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals.
- Handle negotiations and close sales deals.
- Ensure timely payment collections and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly update CRM and provide sales reports.
- Participate and coordinate in trade shows, expos, and industry events.

Industrial Machinery
- Material Handling Equipment
- CNC Machines
- Furniture & Plywood Machinery
- Special Purpose Machines
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Sales or Business Development of Capital Equipment / Industrial Products.
- Industry Preference: Experience in woodworking / furniture / plywood machinery is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of woodworking machinery, production processes, and tooling systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and demos. (Own vehicle required for local travel.)
