Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical Studies
  • Identify, onboard, and manage regional investigators and study sites for observational and interventional studies in infant nutrition.
  • Oversee protocol training, compliance, data quality, and ethical adherence in line with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.
  • Support post-marketing surveillance and real-world evidence (RWE) generation initiatives.
  • Monitor and ensure timely data collection, site coordination, and publication support.
  1. Medical Science Liaison Activities
  • Engage with pediatricians, neonatologists, and HCPs to build strong scientific credibility for Panacea Biotec's infant formula portfolio.
  • Communicate balanced, evidence-based information on nutrition science, product benefits, and research outcomes.
  • Provide training and continuous medical education to internal field teams.
  1. Scientific Engagement & CME
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, pediatricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals to enhance scientific understanding and promote the clinical benefits of our infant formula range.
  • Plan, execute, and lead regional CMEs, roundtables, and doctor conclaves to disseminate recent clinical insights and scientific updates.
  • Build a regional KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement strategy.
  1. Medical Affairs Support:

Collaborate with medical affairs teams to develop scientific materials, educational programs, and medical communications that effectively communicate the clinical evidence and value proposition of our infant nutrition products.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, regulatory affairs, and product development, to integrate medical insights into product positioning, marketing strategies, and lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Support medical review of promotional materials and scientific content.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications

  • MBBS (Pediatrics/Pharmacology) or Life Sciences/Nutrition.
  • Additional certifications or experience in clinical research or medical affairs preferred.

Experience

  • 2-5 years in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communication in pharmaceutical/nutrition/infant care industries.
  • Prior experience managing investigator-initiated or company-sponsored clinical trials is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep understanding of pediatric nutrition and clinical trial methodology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals credibly.
  • Proficiency in scientific data interpretation, medical writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex medical information effectively to both scientific and non-scientific audiences.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, ICH-GCP, and ethical practices in clinical research.
