Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Capacity Planner based in Hyderabad. The Lead Capacity Planner will be responsible for planning and managing operational capacities to meet business needs effectively. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing capacity requirements, coordinating production plans, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring timely communication with teams to align production goals. The role also includes identifying potential capacity constraints and proposing solutions for continuous improvement in workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Capacity Planning and Capacity Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data for informed decision-making
  • Experience in Production Planning with a focus on resource optimization
  • Excellent Communication skills to ensure seamless coordination across teams
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or capacity planning roles is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
