Job Description: Sales Executive (Female Only)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and experienced Female Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, presentable, and possess basic knowledge of fitness. She will be responsible for engaging with walk-in clients, explaining membership plans, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with walk-in clients and prospects.
  • Explain membership plans, services, and facility features clearly and professionally.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Assist in day-to-day front desk operations when required.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Attributes We Are Looking For

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Presentable personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Some knowledge of fitness and interest in the fitness industry.
  • Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and confidence in dealing with customers.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or customer service.
