Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

  2. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet organizational needs.

  3. Provide expertise in the customization and configuration of ServiceNow, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

  4. Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.

  5. Stay current with industry's best practices and emerging trends in ServiceNow development, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.

  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

  7. Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a minimum of 6+ working on ServiceNow platform.

  2. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices.

  3. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

  4. Excellent scripting skills

  5. Strong expertise in the ServiceNow CSM implementation.

  6. Strong expertise in ServiceNow development tools, including but not limited to Configuration Workspace, Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal and GenAI.

  7. ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS CSM) is highly desirable.

  8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.

  9. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
