Seeking a Skilled SNOW Developer with SailPoint Integration Experience

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow (SNOW) Developer with proven expertise in designing and implementing custom integrations, specifically with SailPoint, as well as building and maintaining service catalogues. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, streamline processes, and enhance our ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and deploy custom integrations between ServiceNow and SailPoint, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

· Build, configure, and maintain ServiceNow catalogues, including creating catalog items, workflows, and approval processes.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, catalogues, and overall ServiceNow functionality.

· Ensure best practices and standards are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

· Document technical designs, integration flows, and catalogue configurations for future reference and support.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow and SailPoint features, recommending improvements as appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 2+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer, with a focus on custom integrations.

· Demonstrated expertise in integrating ServiceNow with SailPoint or similar identity management systems.

· Strong background in building and configuring ServiceNow catalogues.

· Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and web services (REST, SOAP).

· Familiarity with SailPoint APIs and integration patterns.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.

· Experience in enterprise IT environments and working with identity and access management solutions.

· Knowledge of ITIL processes and framework.

· Previous experience developing custom workflows and automation in ServiceNow.
