Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated person to join our team as an Application Manager and Student Counsellor. The job involves helping students interested in Art and Design, managing their applications for Indian and overseas institutions, and supporting the marketing team with new leads and conversions. You should be well-organized, a good communicator, and able to work well with others.

Roles and Responsibilities:Student Counseling:Guide students interested in Art and Design about their academic and career options. Support and mentor students to help them reach their goals. Application Management:Help students with their applications to colleges in India and abroad, including countries like USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Singapore, and Europe.

Make sure applications are filled out correctly and submitted on time. Handle all necessary documents for different applications. Work with Art Teachers:Team up with art teachers to check student attendance, study plans, and progress.

Help create action plans tailored to each student. Communication:Keep students and parents updated about their application status. Work with other counselors and the editorial team to make sure applications are processed smoothly.

Research Universities:Find information about universities, courses, and programs to give students accurate advice. Stay updated on admission requirements and deadlines. Marketing Support:Help the marketing team find and convert new leads.

Visit schools to organize information sessions and workshops. Administrative Tasks:Keep track of student records and application statuses. Prepare reports on application progress and student success.

Qualifications and Skills:Candidates with knowledge of art preferred A bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field. Experience in student counseling, application management, or a similar role. Good communication and people skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well with a team. Knowledge of application processes for Indian and international colleges is a plus.
