We're Hiring: Education Counsellor

Job Type:
Full- Time

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Counsellor to join our team at Analytics Training Hub. In this role, you will guide students in their career paths, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into admissions. You will also handle follow-ups, admissions, and fee collection.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing counseling and career guidance to students interested in digital certification programs such as Data Analytics, Python, Tableau, etc.
  • Educating students about the scope, curriculum, and career opportunities related to offered courses.
  • Resolving queries of the students related to courses.
  • Ability to convert student inquiries into admissions.
  • Inbound/Outbound call.
  • Have innovative approach in career counseling.
  • Follow-ups for admissions, fees collections, follow-ups for fees, Student feedback, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a friendly personality.
  • Experience:1–2 years preferred. (Candidates with more than 2 years of experience won't be considered.)
