QA Engineer

Division: Industrial Products-Cooling Department: Quality Assurance

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Qualification: B.E (Mechanical)

Location: Sricity,AP

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should have hands on experience in Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan, Check Sheet, SOP, Work Instructions etc
• Should be familiar with vendor QAP review for tubes, pumps, fabricated components etc
• Should have hands on experience of Tender / contract specs review, worked on projects like EIL, Reliance, Govt PSU orders etc
• Should have Experience / Sound knowledge on HVAC systems
• Good Knowledge of codes & Std viz: ASME, PED, IS, EIL etc
• Brief knowledge of NDT & Welding requirements
• Knowledge of Painting & Insulation materials
• Should be familiar with Vendor Assessments & audits
• Familiar with Statistical Process Control & Tools (RCA / FMEA/& QC Tools etc)
• Familiar with systems viz: ERP, Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point applications
• Should be familiar with IMS audit process
• Should have Failure analysis of site failed items like tube, valves etc.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and work with relevant stakeholders to implement them via projects/ initiatives.
• RCA and CAPA implementation for site issues related to quality of supply
• Should prepare new process development and issue SOP to CFT
• Should involve in new supplier development process.
• Shall handle Instrument calibration
• Shall have knowledge on MES execution
