Key ResponsibilitiesGo through complete customer order requirements and attend contract review.Prepare Quality Documents like ITP, JQR (Job Quality Requirements), NDE Procedures, Material Standard specification inline to Project requirements.Preparation of WPS/PQR/WPQ as necessary in line with applicable standards EN/ASME/Set and monitor the welding and Heat treatment activity to comply to international standards EN/ASME/Work closely with Project Engineering on fixing the quality requirements for each part.Review Purchase requisitions and ensure complete technical requirements are captured.Submit Pre-Manufacturing Welding documents to customer as per the agreed timeline.Support Inside sales for pre-order queries and documents welding.Work closely with cross functional team & supplier and communicate the project quality requirements thru meetings.Audit and supplier development and monitoring on the process in line with company's and international standard requirements.Handling customer complaints and demonstrate the RCA and CAPA effectively.Ensure all documents are maintained as per QMS & company policy.Knowledge on PED, CRN, ASME S/U-stamp, API & other certifications valve Industry.Handled various certification and audits and TPIA InspectionsKnowledge in MS Office
