Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Management System (QMS) professional to implement, monitor, and continually improve our quality systems and standards. The candidate will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements while driving process improvements across departments in the electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain the company's Quality Management System (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
  • Prepare and update QMS documentation including quality manuals, procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits, and track non-conformities to closure.
  • Monitor process quality, identify improvement opportunities, and assist in corrective and preventive action (CAPA).
  • Support vendor qualification and evaluation in coordination with the supply chain team.
  • Maintain and monitor quality records, calibration reports, and inspection data.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory norms.
  • Train and guide internal teams on quality procedures and awareness.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for process or product quality issues.
  • Coordinate management review meetings and assist in driving continual improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in QMS or QA within an electronics or electrical manufacturing company.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, and quality tools like 7 QC tools, FMEA, or SPC.
  • Hands-on experience with audit processes, documentation, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
