Role & responsibilities

  • Handling outbound calls to customers for Loan repayment as well as Service calls
  • Build sustainable relationships and make sure that the customer repays the outstanding amount on promised date.
  • To identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • To ensure that you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
  • Be well read on company policies and the website for FAQs or policy related answers.
  • To maintain good customer relations.
  • To meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
  • To utilize software, data bases, script and tools appropriately.
  • To identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • To provide product and service information to customer.
  • Any other duties as assigned to you from time to time.
