
Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration
- Manage office supplies, place orders, and maintain inventory.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and handle calendar management.
- Maintain office records, both physical and digital.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks.
2. Billing and Invoicing:
- Prepare and issue invoices for clients or customers.
- Verify billing data, including rates, pricing, and discounts.
- Update and maintain billing records in the system.
- Follow up on pending or overdue payments, ensuring timely collections.
- Process payments, and track incoming payments for accounting purposes.
3. Data Entry and Documentation:
- Enter billing and client information accurately in databases or accounting software.
- Maintain organized records of all invoices, receipts, and transactions.
- Generate reports for management regarding billing and collections status.
4. Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate billing.
- Communicate with clients to address billing queries or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for billing and office-related inquiries.
5. General Office Support:
- Assist with administrative projects as required.
- Handle routine office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in office administration, billing, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and billing or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and an ability to multitask effectively.
- Attributes: High level of integrity, team player, customer-focused, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
