Who We're Looking For:
A sincere and committed person who can manage front office duties and support HR, admin, recruitment, and billing tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Reception & Admin:
- Welcome visitors and answer phone calls.
- Handle emails, couriers, and office supplies.
- Help with travel bookings and meeting arrangements.
HR & Recruitment:
- Help with hiring process – sorting resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Support onboarding and staff activities.
Accounts & Billing:
- Assist with billing, invoices, and basic accounts work.
- Follow up with clients and vendors.
- Keep records of expenses and petty cash.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any degree
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Zoho and/or Tally is added advantage
- Good communication and basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Must be responsible, organized, and ready to take ownership of work.
