We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Projects Head to lead and oversee all facets of our real estate and workspace development projects. This senior leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in driving large-scale commercial and residential projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-efficiency.

As the Projects Head, you will be responsible for developing strategic project plans, leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring seamless execution in line with the company's high standards. This role also offers the opportunity to travel to the United States for on-ground project oversight, stakeholder meetings, and strategic development engagements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide strategic leadership across the entire project lifecyclefrom planning and budgeting to execution and delivery.
  • Oversee multiple commercial and residential construction projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, architects, consultants, and vendors to align project vision with organizational goals.
  • Lead project planning, feasibility analysis, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and project audits to monitor progress and address bottlenecks proactively.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, presenting progress reports, milestones, and challenges with clarity and foresight.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards across all project phases.
  • Introduce best practices, scalable frameworks, and cost-control systems to optimize project performance.
  • Travel to the United States for hands-on project monitoring, vendor meetings, and key development reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, real estate development, or construction leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in handling large-scale commercial/residential projects across geographies.
  • Strong knowledge of construction regulations, quality control procedures, and contract negotiation.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent platforms.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to the United States for project oversight and strategic planning.
