Job Purpose: Associate Lead - Corporate Affairs will develop strategies to enhance the company's reputation, manage government relations, influence public policy, ensure legal compliance, and support communication strategies. Responsibilities include working with cross-functional teams, preparing external communications, and handling emerging issues and crises.

Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy :

Develop and execute corporate affairs strategies to enhance the company's reputation and manage stakeholder relationships.

Government Relations:

Establish and maintain productive relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.

Policy Monitoring:

Monitor, analyse, and influence public policy and regulatory developments affecting the industry.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Communication:

Support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies, including preparing materials for public disclosures and press releases.

Crisis Management:

Monitor and respond to emerging issues and crises that may impact the company's reputation.

Research and Analysis:

Conduct research and analysis to support corporate affairs initiatives and decision-making.

Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams to align corporate affairs initiatives with business objectives.

Digital mindset:

Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, Law, or a related field

Master's degree or additional certifications in Corporate Affairs or Public Relations is preferred

Work Experience:

6-10 years of experience in corporate affairs, preferably within the Data Centres industry.
